Super Bowl Sunday means Chili!

Never one to call myself a chef. I am simple, boring, tend to eat the same thing on repeat and have always failed miserably when going rogue. However, today is a win! I wanted to make a chili. While a bean chili is delicious, I wanted to step it up and add more plant based protein. Hello TVP-textured vegetable protein. I do have to say so myself, this chili is delicious! You will not, I repeat will NOT miss the animal protein.
